for orders placed before 1:00 PM daily.

Whether it’s a last-minute gift or a special celebration,

we’ll make sure your flowers arrive on time.

However, on high-demand days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day,

and Christmas, same-day delivery may be limited

due to a high volume of orders.

We recommend placing your order in advance to guarantee availability.

If the recipient is unavailable, we will make two delivery attempts.

Additional attempts may incur extra charges.

 

Severe Weather and Delays

While we strive to deliver your flowers on time,

severe weather conditions such as storms or heavy snow

may impact delivery schedules.

We prioritize both the safety of our drivers and the quality of your flowers,

so delays may occur during such circumstances.

We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.

 

Holiday & Peak Periods

During busy periods like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas,

we experience a surge in orders, which may cause delivery times to vary.

To ensure timely delivery,

we strongly recommend you to place your orders at least 5 days in advance. Please note that during peak seasons,

our order window may close earlier than usual due to high demand,

and delivery delays may occur.

We recommend planning ahead to avoid any inconvenienc

 during these busy times.
