Will the arrangement I order look exactly like the picture on the website?
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers may need to be substituted when placing an order. However, we always strive to maintain the value and integrity of each arrangement,
paying special attention to colour and floral design.
If substitutions are necessary, we will use flowers of equal or greater quality
to closely match the original design.
When will the flowers be delivered?
Deliveries to the Lynn Valley area are typically made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
If you have a specific delivery time request, please include it in the delivery instructions
when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I place an order for pick-up?
Yes, you can! Simply place your order online and select the "Store Pick-Up" option.
For same-day pick-up, orders must be placed by 1:00 PM,
and your flowers will be ready for pick-up between 9:00 PM and 6:00 PM or requested time.
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up.
Do you deliver outside of Northshore?
Currently, we deliver only within the Northshore area up to Horseshoe Bay.
However, if you'd like to arrange delivery outside of Northshore in Metro Vancouver,
please contact us via email, phone, or through our website,
and we will be happy to provide a quote and arrange delivery for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods for your convenience,
including credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
If you encounter any issues during checkout or need assistance,
please don’t hesitate to contact us.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home when the flowers are delivered?
If the recipient isn’t available to receive the delivery,
we will first contact them to arrange a suitable delivery time.
If we are unable to reach them after two attempts,
we will work with you to arrange another delivery time.
Additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees.
